National Building Museum (Lower Roof "D") Design-Build Replacement

Located in Washington, DC, the building was constructed in the mid-1880s as a tribute to Civil War Veterans. The structure has an impressive footprint of 400 x 200 feet, leading to overall roofing of approximately 80,000 SF.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Tour Bridge Renovations
​
Constructed in 1915, the existing BEP tour bridge was an open bridge and was later enclosed in 1930’s. The curtain wall was showing its age and ready for replacement along with the interior finishes and MEP systems. SEG was tasked with finishing the bridge in time for peak tour season.
