Project Description: The work included erosion and sediment control, roadway obliteration, excavation, reinforced subbase stabilization, subsurface drainage, concrete pavement construction, traffic counting system installation, access gates, pavement markings and final grading. There were zero items on the punch list, which allowed the roadway to reopen 10 days early.
