Project Description: Under contract to the US Army Corps of Engineers – Norfolk District, SEG provided design and construction for the replacement of Mill Creek Bridge on North Range Road due to foundation deterioration at the mid-span timber piers. Work included all design and construction related to the demolition of the existing bridge and construction of the new one, construction of new bridge piles, and construction of new bridge approach slabs, transition paving and guard rails.
