Project Description: Design-build services to repair damage to structural columns, beams, slabs and walls due to water intrusion within GK-010, GK-016, GP-196 and GP corridor locations in the Department of Energy’s Forrestal Building. SEG conducted a survey to determine the extent of water damage mold growth in the designated areas and designed a remediation plan including corrosion protection to mitigate further damage. Repairs were performed by SEG’s in-house concrete crews.
