Project Description: SEG completed the new 10,000 SF Brookside Gardens Greenhouse at Wheaton Regional Park. This competitively bid, design-build project was awarded to SEG by the Park Development Division (PDD) of the Montgomery County Parks division of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC). Building systems included a new power distribution system requiring an upgrade to electrical service to the building, installation of a new duct bank, new distribution panel, extension of circuits, installation of new grounding system, an additional back-up generator and a digital fully-addressable fire alarm system.
