Danmei is the founder of Structural Engineering Group and has over two decades of experience in the management and operations of structural engineering firms. She is known for her ability to capture an architect’s vision for a project and develop a creative and constructible structural solution that reinforces that vision.
Notable structural engineering projects include George Mason University's Center of Law (Founders Hall), structural evaluations of 27 buildings at St. Elizabeth's West Campus, renovation and addition at Arlington County's Reed School and Westover Library, Guthrie Theater, Gerald Ratner Athletic Center, and the Kennedy Center Eisenhower Theater renovation.
Her design-build projects of note include the Brookside Gardens Greenhouse, multiple projects for GSA at the US Postal Square Building, South Plaza and Loading Dock Waterproofing and Concrete Repairs at HUD, and IRS Courtyard Parking/Loading Dock Renovations.
Kaichen maintains the elite qualification of being a Structural Engineer (SE), as well as a Professional Engineer (PE). His focus on creative solutions has led to his extensive knowledge in a multitude of structural systems including post-tension design and pre-stressed concrete.
Notable projects include the award-winning restoration of Ft. McNair's historic chimney stack, multiple structural facade assessments for Smithsonian Institution buildings throughout the mid-Atlantic, Independence Stadium, Hard Rock Casino, Volkswagen Headquarters, Federal Office Building 8, UDC's Student Services Building, and multiple Prince George’s County fire and police stations.

Todd has over twenty years of experience working on projects for federal and local agencies, as well as institutional and commercial projects in the private sector. For the last fifteen years, he has worked as a project manager for local construction companies overseeing between $7.5 and $10 million in annual production.
Todd's duties include job cost estimates, development of scope, contract and cost analysis, managing staffing and supply logistics, safety plan administration and daily oversight of site management.
Recent projects of note include the restoration of the historic chimney stack at Ft. McNair, structural concrete repairs at HUD, IRS and GSA Headquarters, the Brookside Gardens Greenhouse, and several tenant build-outs for the federal government.
