LBJ Basement and Cafeteria Renovation

Project Description: This project entailed full-service A/E design and full-scope construction services for the renovation of the cafeteria in the Lyndon B. Johnson Federal Building occupied by the Department of Education. Work encompassed survey of existing conditions, full drawings and specs, demolition of existing finishes and fixtures followed by build-out of new space including MEP work, new ceiling tiles and grid, flooring, patching and painting and custom millwork. Coordination with DoEd was important since the building was fully occupied.
