SEG is proud to continue expanding its partnership with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission through SEG’s Design-Build IDIQ MATOC Contract for Design-Build Services on an as-needed basis. The contract supports a wide range of facility, infrastructure, and site improvement projects throughout Prince George’s County, Maryland, and enables SEG to provide responsive Design-Build services for public facilities and community-focused improvements.

• Park Police and ITS Headquarters Renovations – Hyattsville, MD
Phased renovations and infrastructure upgrades to secure operational spaces, public reception areas, records divisions, storage areas, exercise facilities, and associated MEP and security systems enhancements for the Park Police and ITS Headquarters facility.

 

• Walker Mill Regional Park Comfort Station – Capitol Heights, MD
Installation of a new prefabricated comfort station, including site design, permitting, utility coordination, foundation construction, and associated site improvements at Walker Mill Regional Park.

 

• Four Comfort Stations – Prince George’s County, MD
New comfort station facilities at Accokeek East Park, Holloway Estates Park, Tanglewood Park, and Fletcher’s Field, including site assessments, utility coordination, permitting, ADA-compliant access improvements, and associated site construction.
