ICE/HSI Relocation

Project Description: The project involved a renovation of a portion of the 7th Floor for relocation of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement within the occupied Richmond Federal Building.  Work included the demolition of existing office and shell areas and the subsequent build-out of new offices, as well as conference, secure and storage spaces. Incidental hazardous material abatement, mechanical, electrical and fire protection work, as well as entirely new interior finishes were also included in the project scope.
