BLS Tenant Build-out

Project Description: 49,664 SF interior renovation of office suites on the ground, second and fifth floors of the Postal Square Building. Work including select demolition of existing space, construction of new interior partitions, HVAC system modifications, voice/data cabling throughout, fire/life safety features as needed, ceiling tile replacement, installation of new doors and lighting, new flooring and finishes.
