WHO WE ARE
Who are we? We’re any family: held to standards, guided, grounded, encouraged to grow. Funny thing is, some of those who “grew” and explored other opportunites have come “home”. More than one of us!
Who are we? We are people who know how to do our jobs well – from PMs to APMs to PEs to EITs … to Supers to Foremen to Laborers … from estimators to accountants to admin staff. We work together to ensure we get the job done. But, we like to have fun – with our literal families, our friends and each other!

We are much more than any stereotypical nose-to-the-grindstone corporate environment. Sure, we are hard-working, dedicated professionals, but we are encouraged to be so much more. The corporate culture is modeled by SEG’s founder, Danmei Gui, and senior leadership who inspire us all to do our best both at work and at home.
SEG embraces diversity of people and thoughts. “Think outside of the box” is literally part of our stated core values. When faced with challenges, we are reassured we can reach out for help to solve any problem – not only by collaborating with each other, but most importantly we can reach out to senior management to take advantage of their expertise – no judgments, just welcomed mentoring.
